New Zealand Hindu Temple Society Inc. was incorporated in 1996, and the founding members are Mr Jeevan Siva and Mr Ilango Krishnamoorthy it owns and operates as Mangere Thiru Subramaniyar Aalayam Temple at 69 Tidal Road, Mangere Auckland since 2015.We are a registered charitable trust serving the community for 28 years, promoting Hindu values and well-being.
As you are aware, the purpose of a Hindu temple, also known as a "mandir," is multifaceted and holds deep significance in Hinduism. A Hindu temple is a place for: Spiritual Worship, Divine Presence, Rituals and Ceremonies, Community Gathering, Education and Knowledge, Humanitarian Services. It plays a vital role in preserving and promoting the rich spiritual, cultural, and social heritage of Hinduism while providing a spiritual haven for devotees to connect with the divine and seek spiritual growth.

Navagraha Pooja
A special Navagraha Homam, Abhishekam, and Arti are performed on the last Saturday of every month, allowing devotees to offer oil lamps for blessings.
